1. Terms of Service
Please read the Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using http://www.rounderlife.com (“RounderLife.com”, “The Service”, “The Website”), operated by Rounder Life Media, LLC (referred to in these Terms of Service as “Rounder Life Media”, “Rounder Life”, “Rounder”, “us”, “we”, and/or “our”). Your access to and use of The Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all users who access The Service. By accessing or using The Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms then please cease use of The Service.
2 Modification of These Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service from time to time as we deem appropriate. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on RounderLife.com unless otherwise indicated. Your continued use of The Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as modified by the posted changes. If we make any material changes to the Terms of Service, we will post a notice on RounderLife.com and provide thirty (30) days notice by email, if you have provided us with your email, before the effective date of the changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
3. Privacy Policy
Rounder Life Media will operate The Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy. BY CONSENTING TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR THE WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO THE ROUNDER LIFE MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY.
4. Usage of The Service, Registration, Memberships, (Subscriptions)
Paid Subscriptions are not required in order to use or access The Service, however, “Subscribers” also referred to as “Members” may receive additional benefits such as access to exclusive content.
Non-paying members. Non-paying sign-ups to rounderlife.com are granted FREE access to “standard” editorial content. Additional content is accessible via FREE and paid memberships.
Registration. If you opt to become a registered member, you may do so by navigating to the SUBSCRIBE menu on rounderlife.com and completing the registration process, or you may register through an authorized representative. Once registered, members may access The Service using the username and password selected at signup.
Subscribers are required to provide a valid address at registration. Products, if any, included with your subscription will be mailed to the delivery address on file. A U.S. address is required for Silver, Gold, Gold+, and VIP subscriptions. Some products may be available for pick up at designated locations.
Proper identification will be required when picking-up products in person.
Age Restrictions. Rounder welcomes those that are of legal casino gambling age to our website. You must present a valid government-issued identification indicating that you are of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction you reside in order to attend or participate in Rounder Events in person at gaming establishments.

Magazine, Livestream, Patches, Rewards
Digital Magazine. The digital version of Rounder Magazine may be accessed by navigating to MAGAZINE on the menu bar on rounderlife.com and selecting the CURRENT ISSUE drop down tab.
Print Magazine. Rounder Magazine is available for purchase, individually, or as part of a subscription model. Past and current issues may be purchased by navigating to the STORE menu on rounderlife.com. Silver, Gold, Gold+, and Platinum members are eligible for discounts on past issues. Email store@rounderlife.com or see STORE on rounderlife.com for available issues (quantities may be limited).
Publishing. Rounder Magazine is currently published quarterly:

Each quarter’s issue covers events during, or prior to, the designated quarter. The printed version is published after the designated quarter. Some articles in the print edition will appear on rounderlife.com prior to publication.
The current issue of Rounder Magazine at the time a subscription is purchased will be designated the “starter issue.” Allow up to 30-days for initial processing.
Livestream. RounderLive (livestream) may be accessed on rounderlife.com by navigating to ROUNDERLIFE TV on the menu bar and selecting LIVESTREAM POKER in the drop down tab.
Team Patches. Patches will be mailed (to eligible members) to the (U.S.) address on file within 7-days of signup. Rounder Team patches awarded to Gold+ and Platinum members may be mailed with their “starter issue.” Patches may also be picked up from an authorized representative, or at designated locations when available. Allow up to 30-days for initial processing and delivery.
Rounder Rewards. Beginning in January 2024, Rounder Rewards (sponsorships) will be paid to eligible members who represent the Rounder brand by wearing Team Member Patches during events designated as Rounder “Qualifying Events.”
Members will receive rewards for final table appearances or winning a Rounder “Qualifying Event” wearing a Team Member Patch. Patches must be worn and visible throughout the event. What constitutes as a “final table” is determined by the tour or venue.
Qualifying events and rewards (for each event), will be posted on rounderlife.com and may be accessed by navigating to CASINO on the menu bar on rounderlife.com and selecting QUALIFYING EVENTS in the drop down tab.
VIP Access. VIPs receive special invitations via email (or direct message if opted in) to attend all Rounder events with Rounder Magazine and “The Rounder Girls.”
VIP Pass. A “VIP Pass” with a unique identification code will be issued and must be presented to gain access to exclusive parties and private events.
Group Chats. Platinum Subscribers may be able to post and interact with other members, management, and the Rounder Girls in VIP members only “group chats.”
Permission to barter. Platinum VIP members grant Rounder permission to barter on their behalf with casino hosts and properties to secure the best possible deals and comps for VIP members at Rounder Events.
Cancelations and Refunds.
You may cancel your subscription (membership) at any time. There are no refunds.
You represent and warrant to Rounder Life Media that you will not use The Service:
(i) for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by this Agreement or (ii) in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair RounderLife.com or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of The Service.
You agree that when using The Service, You will not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Send, publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any information that may violate antitrust law, including without limitation past, current, or future fees;
- Send, publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, threatening, abusive, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or otherwise objectionable materials, or any materials which encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or violate any law, or contain any advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services;
- Harass, abuse, threaten or otherwise violate any legal rights of others;
- Attack, ridicule, denounce, impugn an person’s character, or impute immoral or dishonorable attributes to members on the basis of race or ethnicity, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation;
- Upload viruses, corrupted files or any other software or information that may damage the operation of another’s computer or network;
- Use The Service for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, advertisements, promotions, offers to buy or sell goods or services, surveys, contests, or pyramid schemes;
- Violate any of Rounder Life Media’s policies, guidelines or other codes of conduct.
5. Management of Service
Rounder Life Media has no obligation to screen or monitor The Service; however, we reserve the right to review information or posted materials, to remove any such information or materials in our sole discretion, and to use any other forms of information available to us by virtue of your use of The Service. We reserve the right at all times, in our sole discretion, to refuse to post, delete, move, edit or to remove any information or materials from The Service, including without limitation any information or materials posted through use of The Service, regardless of whether such material does or does not violate this Agreement or any of our policies, guidelines, or other codes of conduct which are applicable to The Service. ROUNDER LIFE MEDIA, LLC DOES NOT ENDORSE THE CONTENT, MESSAGES OR INFORMATION FOUND IN ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICE. ROUNDER LIFE MEDIA DOES NOT ENDORSE OR OTHERWISE VERIFY THE ACCURACY, TRUTHFULNESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE UNLESS IT IS PROVIDED BY AN AUTHORIZED ROUNDER LIFE SPOKESPERSON. ANY ARTICLES OR STATEMENTS MADE ON THE WEBSITE REFLECT ONLY THE VIEWS OF THEIR AUTHORS, AND YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Product Information and Warranties
We advertise and offer for sale our products. We have made a conscientious effort to display and describe our products and services on The Website accurately so that you may preview their design and use; however, we cannot and do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications, fitness for use, reliability, availability and services.

The Service contains links to third-party websites. The third-party websites are not under the control of Rounder Life, and we are not responsible for their content. The inclusion of any link is as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of the sites or any association or relationship with its operators. Your use of third-party websites and any purchases of products or services from such third-party websites are subject to the terms and conditions of such third-party websites. You agree that you will bring no suit or claim against Rounder Life Media arising from or based upon any such use of third-party websites, including, without limitation, websites that we link directly or indirectly to or from RounderLife.com.
9. Termination
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate your access to all or a portion of The Service at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Provisions of this Agreement which by their nature are intended to survive termination or expiration of this Agreement will survive any termination of this Agreement, including but not limited to the representations and warranties contained herein.
10. General Disclaimers, Exclusion of Damages, and Limitation of Liability
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through The Service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information herein. We may make improvements or changes to The Service at any time. We make no representations about The Service, including, without limitation, its suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, materials, software, products, services, and graphics found on or through The Website.
ROUNDER LIFE MEDIA, LLC PROVIDES USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL INFORMATION, MATERIALS, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND GRAPHICS “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rounder Life Media from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of claims based upon your use of The Service, including without limitation any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members, and the infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights. Rounder Life Media will notify you of any claim for which Rounder Life Media seeks indemnification and will afford you the opportunity to participate in the defense of such claim, provided that your participation will not be conducted in a manner prejudicial to its interests, as reasonably determined by Rounder Life Media at its sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The parties agree that any litigation between them shall be filed exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tallahassee, Florida. In the event of litigation relating to these Terms of Service or the Service, the parties agree to waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any right to a jury trial.
13. No Relationship
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Rounder Life Media as a result of this Agreement or use of The Service.
14. Construction
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including without limitation the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rounder Life Media, LLC with respect to The Service, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written.
16. Notices
Notices given by Rounder Life Media to you will be given by a general posting on RounderLife.com and/or by an e-mail, if an e-mail address is available. Notices to Rounder Life Media must be sent by conventional mail to:
