The lawsuit filed against Stones Gambling Hall, Justin Kuraitis, and Mike Postle claimed Postle won “94% of the sessions he played from July 18, 2018 onward.” It lists 68 sessions as “evidence.”
The 94% winrate claim calculates to Postle only losing 4 sessions from July 18, 2018 onward. We’ve identified 16 losing sessions during that timeframe.

The first session it’s alleged Postle started cheating took place on July 18, 2018 (2:01). Investigators claim he started receiving information through his phone and began “playing perfect.” In reality he lost 45 of the final 52 hands for -$1,365.
September 10, 2018 Losing session #2. (breakdown)
On September 10, 2018 Postle booked a small loss of $67. This session was not included in the lawsuit. Although it wasn’t a big loss, ignoring it enabled his accusers to pad his stats. Postle clearly didn’t “play perfect” only winning 13 of 59 hands dealt.
October 8, 2018 Losing session #3 (breakdown)
In the October 8, 2018 session sleuths reported Postle lost $233. They “missed” 4 add-ons for a total of $950. Our hand by hand report shows Postle won 10 of the 56 hands dealt and lost $1,391. The lawsuit disregarded this losing session.
November 26, 2018 Losing session #4 (breakdown)
In the November 26, 2018 session, included in the lawsuit, sleuths reported Postle won $640. Our hand by hand breakdown shows him losing $188. The discrepancy appears to be $600 in add-ons “missed” by sleuths. Postle won 9 hands of 73 hands dealt.
