On November 18, 2020 Maurice ‘ Mac” Verstandig, on behalf of plaintiff Veronica Brill, filed a “STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE” in her case against Stones Gambling Hall and co-defendant Justin Kuraitis.

It concludes, “All parties hereto shall bear their own costs and fees.”

By dismissing without prejudice, the door is left open if Brill elects to pursue a case in the future.

Last month Judge William B. Shubb denied VerStandig’sMotion To Withdraw As Counsel” for the remaining 27 plaintiffs who didn’t sign a settlement agreement reached between the parties, and gave “thirty days to file an amended complaint if they can do so consistent with this court’s June 3, 2020 Order..”

After beating the $30 million civil lawsuit headed by Brill, Mike Postle hit back with a $330 million defamation lawsuit against her and others, including “podcasters Joey Ingram and Daniel Negreanu (who is a poker star as well) and ESPN.”
